Designed and implemented a predictive yield dashboard utilising AI and machine learning to deliver a dynamic target in 1 pilot area
Scaled the solution across 13 other processing sites and 2 other species

Partnering with LMAC and Dsifer (LMAC’s data science subsidiary), Silver Fern Farms implemented a dynamic yield forecasting tool that combined historical data with external data sources, including NIWA climate information and farm-specific data.
This advanced analytics model provided real-time insights into how external variables impacted supply, allowing for smarter decision-making and resource allocation.
This intelligence was embedded into Silver Fern Farms’ Streamline Continuous Improvement Programme, ensuring data-driven process optimisation across the network.
