He has led successful transformation programmes in both greenfield and brownfield sites in discrete, batch and continuous production environments.​

As a digital transformation director, he advises clients on business led technology strategy, roadmapping, insertion, adoption and change to transform an organisation at scale moving them from early adopters to digital champions. He is a skilled solution and project architect with extensive experience in articulating the need for change, designing the digital blueprint and orchestrating the change in factory.​
