Daniyal Baig is an experienced engineering and technology professional with a mechanical design, industrial systems, and digital transformation background. His work spans Australia, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, where he has delivered projects across sectors including manufacturing, automotive, energy, food and beverage. He has led multi-site initiatives involving compliance, systems integration, and the adaptation of advanced technologies in operational environments.

He specialises in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies such as AI, additive manufacturing, digital twins, and AR/VR, with hands-on experience in smart assembly line development, advanced product design, and improving process efficiency through digital tools. Daniyal’s technical toolkit includes CAD platforms, ERP systems, and quality and safety management systems, allowing him to bridge traditional engineering practices with emerging digital capabilities.

Daniyal is Australia’s first certified Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) assessor, guiding digital transformation in manufacturing.
