Working with LMAC has provided us with valuable expert knowledge to guide a relatively inexperienced team through much-needed change. The result is a huge upswing in productivity and team-work, with operators upskilled and able to support each other’s tasks. Importantly this success has given the team the time to flesh out further opportunities and focus on quality performance, not just productivity. We feel a tangible culture for Continuous Improvement is becoming embedded, driven by the challenging but collaborative approach of the LMAC team.
